Turn Marketing Chaos into Strategic Clarity
Revenue-aligned marketing strategy and oversight
for growth-stage deep tech
Spending on marketing but can't tell if it's driving deals or just activity?
I help scaling founders and CEOs bring clarity to marketing spend. Through independent oversight, I show what's working, cut what's waste, and build the decision system that keeps marketing aligned with pipeline
Stop guessing where your budget goes.
Start knowing what's building your pipeline.
When marketing is busy but nothing moves
If you recognize these signs:
The real problem
It’s rarely effort. It’s missing executive clarity: priorities, budget guardrails, and a decision cycle that turns reporting into action, and keeps marketing connected to pipeline reality, not just activity.
That’s what I fix.
-
Plenty of activity, but no clear line to pipeline
-
Vendors and agencies are running, but the plan is not
-
Budget is spread thin across too many bets
-
Reporting exists, but it doesn’t support decisions
-
No sharp answer to “who are we targeting and why”
Here's how I fix it
I build the company-level framework and decision cycle that make execution sharper for the team and partners already in place.
What changes
-
A clear ICP + positioning snapshot the whole team can use
-
Defined channel roles and budget guardrails, so spend matches priorities
-
A simple KPI board that supports decisions, not opinions
-
Better Sales alignment, so marketing supports real deal progression
Who I am
I’m Keren, an executive marketing oversight advisor for B2B deep tech companies.
I help founders and CEOs make sharper bets through focus, guardrails, and evidence-based decisions that keep marketing connected to the commercial funnel, not just activity.

For over 15 years I led B2B marketing in hardware-software and industrial companies, including OFIL Systems, Dip-Tech, and more.
Across different products, I kept seeing the same pattern: lots of marketing activity, but no company-level framework to guide decisions and prove progress.
I started Keren Peleg Strategy to bring that framework to founders and CEOs. I work alongside your internal team and partners to set priorities, define what “good” looks like, and build a decision routine you can sustain.
If you're ready to bring focus and discipline to your marketing, let's work together.
Ways to work together
We start by building the system. Then we keep it on track through a light, disciplined decision cycle.
STEP 1 · Revenue-aligned marketing foundations sprint · 3-4 weeks
A focused project to clarify priorities, align the team, and produce a vendor-ready plan your team can execute with confidence.
You leave with:
-
A one-page ICP + positioning snapshot (clear, usable)
-
Channel roles and budget logic (what goes where and why)
-
A deal-stage KPI board (simple, decision-ready)
-
A 90-day execution plan your team can run
What success looks like in the first 30–60 days:
-
Clear priorities and fewer “random acts of marketing”
-
Better visibility into pipeline quality (not just lead volume)
-
Reviews that drive decisions and course-correction
Then follow with
STEP 2A · Marketing Oversight Retainer · CORE
STEP 2B · Growth Oversight Retainer · SCALE
For companies with an existing marketing function that need focus, alignment, and accountability.
What it includes:
Monthly executive control-tower review: deal-stage KPI board, priority reset, budget guardrails, vendor accountability, and decision support for your team and agencies.
OR
For periods of change: new markets, new products, new team setup, or higher growth targets.
What it includes:
Biweekly pipeline and KPI reviews during growth or transition, with course-corrections, vendor steering, and decision support when speed is high and focus is easy to lose.
The goal is not more activity. It’s fewer, better bets, reviewed regularly
